Achievements & Employment details

D&H Secheron Electrodes Pvt. Limited – as Manager IT

• The D&H is currently 3rd largest group in the business of welding consumable's manufacturing and marketing, and aimed to be on 1st position in coming 2 years.
• I was joined the organization on 1st January 2004, and implemented integrated software solution at 5 locations. Setup inter factory, offices connectivity with RF, leased line & Internet. Make all factories/offices online working on ERP software.
• Advised & Implemented PRI telephony for all offices and bring interoffice communication cost to zero.
• Through ERP, patched the loop holes available in previous legacy system, which increased transparency & viability.
• Keeping pace with the growth of organization, mapped each process in the software, which ease routine work of the executives, so they get more strategic time, rather than doing clerical work.

DiMonte Retails Pvt Limited – as Manager IT & Warehouse In-charge

• It is a joint venture of D&H and TATA international, where TATA is the manufacturer and D&H is marketing & selling their leather articles, through chain of franchisees, across the India.
• Software for bar-coding, warehouse management, financial accounting and franchisee management has been implemented successfully.
• At HO office, our staff has information of each & every transaction made either at any franchisee or warehouse, which we make possible through software.
• Currently 12 stores are operational, in a span of 8 months and 50 more has been planned for the year 2010.

Plethico Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Limited – as Manager EDP

• I was joined Plethico in the year 1994 as Junior Programmer and left in the year 2002 as Manager EDP.
• In 1994, computers & integrated software was big jargons, industries was expanding their businesses marching with globalization and a thrust to establish automated system, which can enable managements to control various activities, was very much essential in order to meet out competition and better controlling.
• At that time ERP terminology was not introduced and MRP-II type readymade software were too costly to afford any growing organization. That time we developed an integrated solution, developed in FoxPro, which enables organization to capture their HR, Materials Management, Production Planning, Accounting and Field Staff Management activities. Entire system was online & integrated, and even that time, we provide connectivity to our Mumbai office, through internet, so they have updated information of any process.
• During my 8 years association with them, Plethico achieved phenomenal growth, which also helps me in experiencing functionality of all business process; inter department coordination and communication skills with management, which is helping me a lot, till today.

Area of Interest:

• Concentrating on Management’s Vision, implementation of IT strategies, with good coordination of users/departments and management in such way that all will enjoy the benefits of good software and organization will get best ROI on computerization.
• To Identifying pain areas, suggesting best fitted/suited solution, in the boundaries of software design with possible optimization.
• Interaction with users, at the time of implementation and post implementation, to understand their practical problems on resistance for certain changes, discussions with management and coming with a solution.

Present profile:

• Manager – IT / Dwekam Electrodes Limited, a D&H Secheron Electrodes Limited group company, Indore. Since 1st January 2004 (approx 6½ years)
• Manager – IT & Warehouse @ DiMonte Retails Pvt. Limited, a Joint venture of D&H Secheron with TATA International, to retail their “Rafael” brand, leather accessories, through India. Since March 2009.
• Chapter Administrator – "EO" – Entrepreneur’s Network – administration of their websites, updating, content managements etc. Since February 2010.

Personal Details:

• I am a male, in the 40’s (DOB – 07.10.1970) with 6’2” height, normal build with a good health. I have done my graduation in Commerce with a PG in computer science, from DAVV, Indore. I am married since last 15 years and having a daughter of 14 years, studying in 9th standard. My wife is teacher in a school, since last 7 years, managed by a Muslim society for their poor citizens, and she is teaching those good habits, subjective knowledge and many more which will be requiring to being a good citizen in future.
• My hobbies are reading, travelling, gardening & family life, which I comfortably prioritize from the importance of assignments in hand. I have my own house at Indore and ready to relocate anywhere, for good opportunities and workspace.
